CINNAMON Brow Business Park car park has extended on to Crabb Lane with many cars parking either side of the road on the grass verge.

This causes blind spots and the PCSO has even run out of parking tickets.

On one occasion care workers have been blocked in outside the home where they care for disabled people. They have written to their MP about the issues and called the police to get the offending car removed.

Why has a call centre been allowed to open when clearly there are not enough car parking spaces?

A similar situation occurs near the Longbarn Olympic Way roundabout opposite the Woolston Grange Avenue end of Harpers Road. Who remembers the chaos caused by the Home Office?

Why can’t the empty car parks be leased/used?

Patients visiting Padgate Surgery and Padgate Community Centre must negotiate pot holes when arriving. One was damaged last week when I was there because of the random way that some people park. The problem even extends across the road at the side of the pharmacy on Church Drive.

Why haven’t the pot holes been filled and lines painted to denote spaces or restricted areas?

Finally, the council car park at the Fearnhead shops on Insall Road has motorists who continue to flout the rules by parking in disabled bays, keep clear signs and outside the newsagent.

Why can’t these clear road markings be enforced?
