Disgusting
I CAN’T believe that after the horrific events in Manchester on Tuesday that Warburton bridge was still stopping and charging people to pass, while there was huge disruption with no trams/ trains etc in Manchester.
This is disgusting money grabbing. I think they should donate the takings to the families who have lost loved ones.
