IN reply to last week’s letter requesting the Warrington team to turn up against Leigh (Warrington Guardian, March 16).
Well I got ready, paid good money and went hoping to see a vast improvement.
I am sorry to say the team missed the coach. We lacked any passion, there was a failure to complete sets, we gave away silly penalties plus I am afraid there were only one man drives and no football ability.
I don’t want to single anyone out but everyone wants a real good kick up the backside from the top to the bottom.
We play St Helens tomorrow, Friday, and if we don’t put on a display for the fans, then with the exception of us season ticket holders support of the team will continue to decline.
To all players, coaching staff and not excluding the directors, get your act together and give your fans some respect.
None of the fans mind losing if there is football played.
