I WONDER if I am alone in thinking Chris Sandow might have done Warrington a favour?
He was often magical for the Wolves last season and those first few games before his injury at Wigan are ones that will remain with me forever.
The tries against Widnes, at Leeds and Hull were brilliant.
But that explosive excitement seemed absent when he returned and he was not able to reproduce his best when we really needed it.
Now we have another experienced hand in Kevin Brown who has proved he is able to produce brilliant, match-winning performances.
He can also act as a guiding hand to Dec Patton so he can learn the tricks of the trade and become a regular first team performer in a couple of years of time.
This could be a similar situation to when Lee Briers produced his best for Tony Smith.
We say this every year, but could 2017 really be our year?
