I AM wondering if readers can help?
I am now 87 but lived in Penketh in 1944 at the end of the war.
I am hoping to track down people I knew then. One of my fondest memories was of the Sanderson family who ran a cafe next to the Crown and Cushion pub in Penketh.
George Sanderson was the proprietor and he had two daughters called Margaret and Rose.
If anyone can help me track them down or put me in touch, let me know.
