MY mum had a fall on Friday, September 6, outside St James’ Church on Wilderspool Causeway.
She wasn’t too badly hurt thankfully but was shaken up and has a black eye, cuts and bruises.
I wanted to write in because of all the lovely people who came to help.
Two men that were walking nearby and a lady going into the church came to her aid. There was also a lovely lady called Leanne who saw what happened, drove back around the roundabout to park up and come over to help.
She then made room in her car to take us into town even though it meant going out of her way.
