FROM the omissions in this letters page recently it would seem that Tory central office has desisted, for the time being, from arming its nationwide band of keyboard warriors with myths, dodgy statistics and downright lies.

I wonder if it’s because of the schoolboy blunders that the former ‘towel folder’ included in a budget so poor that even the most corrupt government in British history wouldn’t sanction it.

Unfortunately we will never know how corrupt as he has now been forced by his own backbenchers to exempt MPs from anti-money laundering checks.

Or maybe it was the resignation of ‘Mr Odious’ who after overseeing a department that drove hundreds of disabled and vulnerable people to suicide decided, when the situation suited him, to object to money being taken from disabled and vulnerable people.

Could it have been that ‘Dodgy Dave’ was found to be involved in tax evasion by the Panama Papers leak which drove more than 150,000 people to march on to Downing Street demanding his resignation?

(No I never read about it in the press or saw it on telly either).

Or perhaps it’s the fact that the majority of the public are known to support the junior doctors which has left the ‘hypocritical oaf ’ embarrassed and unable to decide whether it’s legal or not to force new contracts on them.

It could even be that only weeks after praising the EEC ‘the buffoon’ decided that if he wants to be the next Prime Minister then he must be seen to be disagreeing with the current Prime Minister so has switched camps as he jockeys for position with many other career politicians in his squalid party.

Deceit before democracy, lies before lives and profit before people; welcome to Tory Britain.
