How magnanimous of our various Governments..
THIS week’s Warrington Guardian (October 22) about Prime Minister David Cameron cancelling a deal for a Daresbury based company to provide training for the Saudi Arabian prison service because of the prospect of the UK Government profiting from it left me confused.
Am I to assume that the hundreds of millions of pounds worth of warplanes, weapons and ammunition sold to the Saudis over the years were on a non-profit making basis?
How magnanimous of our various Governments over the years.
