A EDWARDS should get out more.
My dad survived the First World War and my elder brothers served in the forces.
I’ve been honoured to attend the daily First World War remembrance service in Ypres on several occasions and am just as patriotic as anybody.
Yet I wear a white poppy, do not sing or stand for the National Anthem, am anti-bombing and think that the sacrifices made by our countrymen and women are worth more than the false press headlines sought by a pathetic Cameron about Jeremy Corbyn.
He should spend more time pursuing his smug tax-dodging backers and less telling the less well-off of the need to work more for less.
Corbyn’s not perfect but at least he is not a pretentious PR twit whom sincerity passed by.
