Happy to pay
I THINK I have a solution to the high bus fare problem.
As a senior citizen bus pass user I would be willing to pay a pound for the journey.
And judging by the number of passes used it could lighten the amount full fare payers pay.
There will be a lot of objections but sometimes the buses are full of non-paying passengers.
