LAST week I had a fall and hurt both knees.
As I wondered how I would get up by myself, I saw two men offroading who called out to me and told me not to try to get up until they could help me.
They got me up, took hold of my arms, asked me where I was going and walked with me and then made sure that I was ok.
My friend’s daughter cleaned my wounds and dressed them. Later I went to the doctor who gave me some ointment and my knees have healed.
I would like to say thank you to those good people.
A grateful pensioner.
