TO John Dwyer: Why do you constantly stab the residents of Warrington and Cheshire in their backs?

We are constantly being promised a better police force but all we get are cuts in personnel and finances.

We have chiefs like you trying to convince the public that crime rates have gone down.

This is complete and utter nonsense because less crime is being reported and certain crimes are no longer logged on record.

Now you want the local stations to report to a central police station at the start and end of shifts.

So who polices the areas affected while these officers are sitting in traffic jams or strange rooms for this period of time?

When are you going to realise the public have no faith or trust in the police force’s methods due to people like you trying to make a name for yourself in trying to justify less officers and income.

Your comments would be most welcome.
