ON Saturday I booked a taxi with Harry’s and unfortunately I think I left my glasses in the back of the car.

I rang on Sunday and spoke to an unhelpful man who said the driver wasn’t in until Monday.

I rang first thing on Monday and spoke to a very helpful young lady who told me that the driver was due in at teatime and to ring again.

However when I did ring it was the same man as earlier, who when I asked for the name of someone that I could complain to, told me to complain to myself as I was stupid for leaving them in the taxi.

I was gobsmacked that he spoke to a paying customer in such a derogatory way.

I always used to use Harry’s but never again and neither will I recommend them to any of my friends.

I will also be contacting Warrington Borough Council’s licensing department as they should be made aware of their poor treatment of customers.
