Meadow idea
THE high maintenance monoculture of the dull, green swathe of grass in front of Warrington Town Hall is typical of bureaucratic thinking.
It is both uninspired and uninspiring.
The council should consider replacing it with a bee-friendly wildflower meadow.
Go on, be imaginative for once.
