IN Gary Bebbington’s latest attack on Labour he seems to blame all the country’s problems on the previous government.

Yet he has no grasp, or seemingly doesn’t want to listen, to problems from the past five years.

On immigration, the figures of people coming to the UK have grown massively since 2010.

On education, authorities such as Warrington have been starved of money to pay for new ‘free schools’ which were not needed but have been pushed by the government in an attempt to further attack traditional state schools.

Warrington LEA lost hundreds of thousands of pounds to set up Kings, in Woolston, for 50 children.

In the health service, yet another restructure cost millions.

On the economy, when was the last time most working people in Warrington had a pay rise?

Why are people stuck on zerohours contracts?

No government is perfect but it is wrong to rewrite history and pretend everything is better now than it was before.

If people like what they have seen in the past five years, where there has been economic growth for some, vote Conservative.

If they look at the whole picture and think life could get better, vote for another party to give them change.
