THIS week the two main political parties in the election race were arguing their case regarding the personal tax allowance which this financial year was raised to £10,600.
The Conservatives have claimed that 94 per cent of the working population are better off than in 2010 when the personal tax allowance was £6,475.
Over five years that is an increase of £4,125 or £85 per over the past five years.
Yet Labour state that the working population are £1,100 per year worse off ?
Well Ed Balls, shadow chancellor for Labour, could you please explain fully how you have come to that conclusion?
I know who I trust to look after the nation’s finances, reserves and economy and it certainly isn’t the Labour party.
