Poor planning
I WOULD just like to thank Warrington Borough Council for its perfect planning of roadworks.
We currently have roadworks on Chester Road and Wilderspool Causeway as well as the closure of Ellesmere Road for waterworks.
Why this all had to be arranged at the same time I will never know.
All I can say is sitting in traffic for an hour to get to work for a five minute journey is not acceptable.
