WHAT do we pay our council tax for?
The grass in Warrington and Woolston is a disgrace. We live next to what used to be a playing field where children could escape the Xbox, now it is long grass full of dog muck and an area where only a tiger could enjoy himself.
Thank goodness for a great neighbour, who took it upon himself to cut a square in the jungle for the kids to play on.
There are 25 houses in our close paying approx £45K per annum in council tax. Come on Warrington Borough Council, surely you can cut the grass 20 times in a year with just a little slice of that. Not every street in Warrington has a ‘retired Steve’.
