RECENTLY our 99-year-old aunt, Molly Johnson, died. She had lived in Warrington for 75 years and was well-known as a school teacher, churchgoer and woman-about-town.
As her nephews, living outside the area, it was wonderful to meet so many of her former pupils and others at the funeral, to hear their stories about our aunt, and to learn that our feelings were shared by others.
She was a remarkable woman and generous gifts were made to charity in her name.
