Relaxing day today.

I'd been tipped off where the England team were going to be on sunday morning.

They had originally chartered a boat for 5am to do some fishing from Manly harbour, where I'm staying, but I'm afraid there was a no show. Probably having a lie in.

Had an aussie barbie today (same as an English but with sunshine). Don't show me another lamb chop. Did you see that meat tray in the picture?

Went for a long swim in the "Wires pool" just to cool down.

It was heading for 30 degrees by lunchtime. There's a water shortage here, by the time I'd jumped in a few times there was even more of one.

Late afternoon the heavens opened, thunder and lightning for two hours but we all stayed out on the deck, we had a beer fridge to empty. (Aussies can''t drink that much, it's a myth, they even have to have can holders so their hands dont get cold!!). Yes, we emptied it.

More shopping tomorrow before we head over to the Gold Coast for a break on Tuesday. It's a hard life.
