Lily Allen said everyone should 'move on' after her online spat
Lily Allen has accepted an apology and said everyone should "move on" after her latest online spat.
The Ministry of Defence was dragged into the row when the singer reported a tweet sent to her by a man claiming to be a serving soldier.
It started after the man, named as Harry Wilson, told the singer he had "just seen you bought s**t I meant adopted a child from Africa".
Lily, who is a regular tweeter under her married name @lilyrosecooper, reported the comment to the MoD.
But she has now told fans: "I have just received some flowers and a hand written apology from Harry Wilson, which I accept. I hope we can all now move on. Thank you."
The Smile singer is no stranger to Twitter rows.
Last year she used the micro-blogging site to snub Piers Morgan's offer to appear on his Life Stories series and she has also clashed online with Cheryl Cole.
