O'Brien's contention for Wembley place in doubt after dislocating his shoulder

GARETH O'Brien faces an anxious wait to learn the full extent of his shoulder injury.

He dislocated his shoulder just before half time in Wolves under 20s' 40-13 defeat against St Helens in last night's Super League curtain-raiser.

Initial prognosis is that he will be on the sidelines for two weeks at best, eight weeks at worst.

With Wolves' Challenge Cup Final a little over three weeks away, the injury could not have come at a worse time for the 21-year-old half back who has made 14 first-team appearances for Wolves this year.

very unfortunate for O'Brien, he has never looked out of place in the first team showing some nice touches, his goal kicking is superb.

Get well soon.
