Defeat for Wolves academy sides

WOLVES’ Academy under 15 players fell to a 28-16 defeat at the hands of Huddersfield Giants.

Tries from Joe Oakes, Jack Hansen and Ellis Humphries, with goals from Harvey Livett, were not enough to prevent Huddersfield from turning a half time deficit into victory.

WOLVES’ under 16s fared no better, also losing to Giants 40-14 despite tries from Lewis Christian, Jack Johnson and Daniel Murray, with a goal kicked by Connor Messenger.
