WOLVES are being widely linked with a move for Tongan international forward Sitaleki Akauola for next season.
Reports in the Australian media claim a deal to bring the 25-year-old to The Halliwell Jones Stadium on a two-year deal from Penrith Panthers.
New Zealand-born Akauola is comfortable at prop and second row and has also filled in on the wing on occasion during an NRL career that has seen him represent the Panthers and Wests Tigers.
Akauola would become the second player to join Wolves from Penrith in recent times after Peta Hiku arrived in June.
