WOLVES are expected to include the return of two key men for the visit of Wigan Warriors on Friday, when the League Leaders' Shield will be up for grabs.

Hooker Daryl Clark is set to make his first appearance since the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley, having missed the wins away to Catalans Dragons and home to Widnes Vikings with a calf strain.

And loose forward Joe Westerman, who was replaced in the starting line up by George King in last Friday's 30-12 success against Widnes, is also due to figure after a similar injury.

Ryan Bailey is not so fortunate, with the prop forward not available this week also due to a calf strain.

News on scrum half Chris Sandow's medial knee ligament strain is positive in that his return could be as early as next week's trip to Hull FC for the final fixture in the Super 8s.

Ben Westwood has had surgery to repair the damage sustained to his pectoral muscle at Wembley and will not be back in action until next season.

Morgan Smith joins Bailey in being absent from last week's 19-man squad.

Wolves 19: Ryan Atkins; Daryl Clark; Ben Currie; Brad Dwyer; Rhys Evans; Kurt Gidley; Chris Hill; Jack Hughes; Benjamin Jullien; George King; Toby King; Declan Patton; Kevin Penny; Joe Philbin; Stefan Ratchford; Matty Russell; Ashton Sims; Joe Westerman; Sam Wilde.

Wigan Warriors have made one change to the 19-man squad they named for last week's win at Hull FC, with Oliver Gildart replacing Jack Wells.

Sean O’Loughlin (hamstring) misses the game, while Dom Manfredi (knee), Michael McIlorum (ankle) and Joel Tomkins (knee) remain on the sidelines.

Both Tony Clubb (neck) and Lee Mossop (shoulder) have been ruled out for the remainder of this season.

Wigan 19: John Bateman, Joe Bretherton, Josh Charnley, Dom Crosby, Liam Farrell, Ben Flower, Anthony Gelling, Oliver Gildart, Willie Isa, Frank-Paul Nuuausala, Sam Powell, Dan Sarginson, Jake Shorrocks, Matty Smith, Ryan Sutton, Taulima Tautai, Lewis Tierney, Sam Tomkins, George Williams.
