WOLVES head coach Tony Smith has made one change to his matchday squad for Friday’s clash with local rivals Widnes.

Prop Jordan Cox has recovered from a shoulder injury that has kept him out of the last two games and replaces Joe Philbin in the 19-man squad.

Winger Tom Lineham is included after being dropped at Huddersfield last week, with youngster Jack Johnson also providing cover in the backs department.

Sam Wilde keeps his place after he made his first appearance of the season in the 11-0 defeat at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Vikings head coach Denis Betts has also named his squad, with Chris Bridge set to face Wolves for the first time since leaving the club in the close-season.

Betts was able to rest the likes of Rhys Hanbury, Charly Runciman and Eamonn O'Carroll in their Challenge Cup win over Rochdale and all three come back into the squad, along with Aaron Heremaia, Chris Houston and Setimata Sa.
