Micky Higham
WARRINGTON Wolves hooker Micky Higham will be making an appearance in an amateur game next weekend.
The 34-year-old has been granted special permission by Wolves to take part in a match in hometown Leigh.
A ‘derby’ between Leigh Miners Rangers and Leigh East - his two former amateur clubs - has been arranged for his Testimonial campaign.
It is yet to be confirmed if Higham will pull on shirts of one club or both in the clash at Leigh Miners’ Twist Lane ground on Saturday, December 13, kick off 2pm.
As well as the match, other family activities are being planned to add to the afternoon’s fun.
Entry will be £5 adults, £2.50 for children.
