THE shortlist for the Steve Prescott Man of Steel award features four names, including Wolves prop Chris Hill and new signing Daryl Clark.
Hill, Wolves' player and players' player of the year, and hooker Clark, who joins Wolves from Castleford Tigers next season, are joined by previous winners Jamie Peacock and James Roby for the top individual honour in the British game.
The winner is chosen by a poll of every Super League player and will be anounced at an awards evening being staged at Old Trafford cricket ground on Wednesday, October 8.
The last Warrington player to receive the top gong was Jonathan Davies in 1994.
Clarke is also in the running for the Young Player of the Year Award.
