CHRIS Bridge will be sent to have scans on a leg injury that led to him limping out of Wolves’ 48-10 defeat of Castleford Tigers on Friday night.

Having been switched from centre to stand off, Bridge was having quite an influence on the game – scoring the third try and kicking three goals before departing in the 30th minute.

Wolves’ head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith said: “It’s a tightening of his hamstring.

“We’re not sure if he’s strained it. He may have a small tear, but he may not.

“We’ll get it scanned through the week so we’ll know a bit more then.”

Ben Harrison left the field late on with a shoulder problem.

Smith said: “I don’t think it’s going to be anything that’s going to prevent him from playing the next game.”
