TONY Smith has praised the work player-coach Paul Cooke has done at Doncaster ahead of their Challenge Cup visit to Wolves.
“He’s done really well,” said Smith. “A struggling club at that level, they’re now fighting with the big boys so he’s done a tremendous job.
“I’m not surprised, he was a quality player in Super League and I’ve seen highlights of him and watched games since and he’s still a quality player.”
