A Rugby Football League disciplinary tribunal has issued a one-match ban.
Bradford Bulls player Tom Olbison has been suspended for one match after being found guilty of placing undue pressure on the neck of Danny Tickle of Widnes Vikings in the ninth minute of a First Utility Super League match played on Sunday.
Olbison, who pleaded not guilty to Grade C dangerous contact, was also fined £300 after the Tribunal downgraded the offence to Grade B.
The Tribunal found Paul McShane of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats not guilty of making Grade C dangerous contact with Hull Kingston Rovers player Rhys Lovegrove in the 42nd minute of a fixture played on Sunday.
