THE Grix brothers have squared up in matches for their respective clubs on several occasions but pictures of them in collision are rare.
So it makes this moment captured by Warrington Guardian photographer Mike Boden in Sunday's clash between Warrington Wolves and Huddersfield Giants a little bit special.
The Halifax siblings arrived at the John Smith's Stadium together - like teammates often do.
But as this picture shows, once the bearded pair stepped on to the field the brotherly bond was put to one side for 80 minutes.
Wolves' younger brother, Simon, shows no mercy in this fend against Scott as he attempts to take his team forward in what proved to be a fine 33-14 win for the primrose and blue boys.
