TWO players have been charged by the RFL Match Review Panel following incidents in First Utility Super League Round 7 fixtures.

Tom Olbison of Bradford Bulls has been charged with making Grade C dangerous contact with Widnes Vikings player Danny Tickle in the ninth minute of a match played on Sunday March 30.

Paul McShane of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats has been charged with making Grade C dangerous contact with Hull Kingston Rovers player Rhys Lovegrove in the 42nd minute of a fixture played on Sunday March 30.

Olbison has until 11.00am on Tuesday to submit an Early Guilty Plea. McShane does not have the option of submitting an Early Guilty Plea and will appear before and RFL Disciplinary Tribunal on Tuesday evening.

The Match Review Panel also handed down formal cautions to the following players: • Shaun Lunt (Huddersfield Giants) – dangerous contact on Chris Hill of Warrington Wolves in the 77th minute; • Tony Clubb (Wigan Warriors) – dangerous contact on Eloi Pelissier of Catalan Dragons in the 72nd minute; • Gregory Mounis (Catalan Dragons) - dangerous contact on Ben Flower of Wigan Warriors in the 75th minute.
