TONY Smith has confirmed his 19-man squad for Warrington Wolves' trip to Leeds Rhinos on Friday, kick off 8pm.

The two Rileys, Chris and Glenn, are the two missing names from last week's squad, with Gene Ormsby and Simon Grix the two to come in.

Wolves squad: 10 Roy Asotasi, 4 Ryan Atkins, 3 Chris Bridge, 17 Ben Currie, 22 Brad Dwyer, 19 Anthony England, 25 Ben Evans, 13 Simon Grix, 9 Micky Higham, 8 Chris Hill, 23 James Laithwaite, 5 Joel Monaghan, 14 Michael Monaghan, 7 Richie Myler, 20 Gareth O’Brien, 29 Gene Ormsby, 6 Stefan Ratchford, 11 Trent Waterhouse, 12 Ben Westwood.

Leeds Rhinos have also named their 19 for Friday's game.

Forward Mitch Achurch has been called in as the only change to the squad that travelled to Hull KR last Sunday.

Achurch replaces youngster Liam Sutcliffe in the provisional squad whilst Stevie Ward and Ben Jones-Bishop, who both missed out on selection at the KC Lightstream Stadium are also included.

Centre Kallum Watkins will make his 100th appearance for the club having made his debut in April 2008 whilst Kylie Leuluai will become the club's fifth longest serving overseas player in the overall appearances records as he surpasses Australian Keith McLennan in his 216th appearance for the club.

The Rhinos have lost their last two games against Warrington but since the arrival of former coach Tony Smith at the Wolves in 2009, they have just edged the head to head meetings with eight wins in the 15 encounters.

Rhinos 19: 1 Zak Hardaker, 2 Ben Jones-Bishop, 3 Kallum Watkins, 4 Joel Moon, 5 Ryan Hall, 6 Danny McGuire, 7 Rob Burrow, 8 Kylie Leuluai, 9 Paul Aiton, 10 Jamie Peacock, 12 Carl Ablett, 13 Kevin Sinfield (c), 14 Stevie Ward, 15 Brett Delaney, 16 Ryan Bailey, 18 Chris Clarkson, 19. Mitch Achurch, 20 Tom Briscoe, 23 Brad Singleton.

Just about had enough now! Smith took Cullens players to the top and for that I thank him. Cullen at that time could not make the step up, that was a shame. However, Smihs signing have shown us very lttle.
- why buy Penny?

Trying to find the positives but I cant.
If we do not buy some hard nosed experience it will be you who has digestion problems. We have been going backwards since Wembley 12.
Please answer why did we buy Penny?

It may take a little time to get going this season and ultimately may end with not a lot to shout about, remember there are 13 other teams in this league who's supporters all want the same thing. But to question the signings made by Tony Smith when he has brought Joel Monaghan, Chris Hill, Trent Waterhouse, Stephan Ratchford and Matty Russell to the club baffles me.
Penny is there to add depth to the squad and probably, is on a very small contract. He is still working as a courier also.

It also baffles me when Magpie acknowledges the Smith signings of which he names just five are likely to provide a season with little to shout about. as if that is a good thing.
Also Magpie of the 13 other teams only two or three have the resources we have, thats why I dont get it.

I didn't say it was likely to produce a season with nothing to shout about I said "it may". There are no guarantees in sport and the 5 I named were off the cuff and merely to demonstrate the quality of some of his signings rather than to dismiss them all as having shown very little. I think Joels try record alone proves that comment to be flawed.
And just for the record I also think some quality experience is needed and we lack real quality in some areas. And yes we are better resourced than most clubs, my comment was only to try to put into context that we are 1 game into a 14 team competition and that not all of Smiths signings have shown very little
