12:34pm Monday 30th September 2013 in Wolves news
WARRINGTON Wolves legends Lee Briers and Adrian Morley will be among the panel at a fans' forum taking place on Wednesday.
It is all part of a challenge taking place in the lead up to Saturday's Grand Final.
The Steve Prescott Foundation volunteers started a Walk Against Cancer on Wednesday from Craven Park, Hull.
The quest is to visit rugby league grounds on the M62 corridor and reach the Grand Final at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Unfortunately, the inspirational former St Helens and Hull full back Steve Prescott MBE will not be able to lead the walk as he did in 2007 and 2008. Steve is currently receiving on going treatment for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei.
The walk includes a stage on Wednesday from Salford to Warrington and stage nine starts at noon the next day in Warrington on the way to St Helens, calling at Widnes on the way.
The fans' forum will take place at Baffito's, Warrington, on Wednesday starting at 7pm.
As well as Wolves legends Adrian Morley and Lee Briers, guests include former Saint great Paul Sculthorpe, who started his career with Wolves, and World Middleweight boxing contender Martin Murray. The evening will be hosted by Pete Emmett.
Tickets are £10 each including a buffet and are available online from steveprescottfoundation.co.uk. Tickets are also be available from Baffito's.
