TEAM NEWS: Smith shuffles his pack for trip to Wigan TEAM NEWS: Smith shuffles his pack for trip to Wigan

TONY Smith has named a largely unchanged 13-man side to face fierce rivals Wigan Warriors at the DW Stadium, kick off 8pm.

The groin injury suffered by Ben Harrison last week means the Wolves boss has shuffled his forwards slightly, with Simon Grix moving to loose forward and Trent Waterhouse getting his first start of the season alongside Ben Westwood in the second row.

That means Mike Cooper, who did not play for either the first team or partner club Swinton Lions last week, gets his first appearance of the season on the bench.

Warriors: Sam Tomkins; Josh Charnley, Darrell Goulding, Iain Thornley, Pat Richards; Blake Green, Matty Smith; Gil Dudson, Michael McIlorum, Lee Mossop, Jack Hughes, Liam Farrell, Sean O’Loughlin. Subs: Ben Flower, Scott Taylor, Sam Powell, Greg Burke.

Wolves: Brett Hodgson; Joel Monaghan, Rhys Evans, Ryan Atkins, Chris Riley; Lee Briers, Richie Myler; Adrian Morley, Michael Monaghan, Chris Hill, Trent Waterhouse, Ben Westwood, Simon Grix. Subs: Garreth Carvell, Mike Cooper, Micky Higham, Stefan Ratchford.
