OF all the Wolves players who made their pre-season predictions, only Mike Cooper is still on track.

The Wolves prop was the only one to correctly judge that Chris Riley would score Warrington's opening try of the season.

Riley crossed in the second minute of Sunday's 40-24 defeat of Castleford Tigers at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Joel Monaghan proved to be a banana skin for Brett Hodgson, Ben Currie, Adrian Morley, Lee Briers and Chris Hill, while Trent Waterhouse slipped up with Mick Monaghan and Warrington Guardian sports editor Mike Parsons tripped up on Richie Myler.
