STEVE Price has named his Wolves squad for their final pre-season friendly against Salford Red Devils on Saturday.

As expected, Ben Murdoch-Masila is included and will get his first run-out in a Wire shirt.

Skipper Chris Hill, new vice-captain Kevin Brown, Ben Currie and Stefan Ratchford return after their exertions at the Rugby League World Cup with England, while Ryan Atkins is also included for the first time.

Tyrone Roberts and Sitaleki Akauola will have to wait until the season starts to pull on a Wolves jersey for the first time, while Dec Patton, Dom Crosby and Toby King are also on the sidelines alongside Ben Westwood

Salford head coach Ian Watson has gone as far as naming his starting line-up for the game, with Luke Burgess making his first appearance since returning to the club and ex-Wire Gareth O’Brien starting alongside Rob Lui in the halves.

Kriss Brining misses out through injury, while Ryan Lannon is suspended.
