ONE of Warrington Wolves' two Sunday fixtures scheduled in the 2018 Super League competition has been changed.
The Wire will now head to Huddersfield Giants in round two on Thursday, February 8, kick off 7.45pm, instead of Sunday, February 11.
Alteration has occurred due to football arrangements at the John Smith's Stadium.
A club statement reads: "The Giants have thanked the Warrington club for their co-operation in agreeing to the change which was out of the hands of both clubs and it is the only available date that Kirklees Stadium Development Ltd and Huddersfield Town FC* would agree to within the permitted time frame for Round 2.
*Huddersfield Town to play on the Sunday."
Wolves' remaining Sunday fixture in the 2018 calendar is Wakefield away on June 17.
