INJURY UPDATE: Wolves player dislocates finger in win against Salford
TONY Smith says a Warrington Wolves player dislocated his little finger in today's win against Salford Red Devils.
Back rower James Laithwaite left the field with the injury in the second half.
It may be possible that the former England Academy international will be available for selection against Hull FC at the KC Stadium on Friday.
