WOLVES boss Tony Smith expects any further additions to the first-team squad for next season to come from within.

Ashton Sims and Daryl Clark are coming in, while the likes of Michael Monaghan, Trent Waterhouse, Chris Riley, Glenn Riley, Brad Dwyer and Danny Bridge will not around in 2015.

However, Smith will put his confidence in some of Wolves’ table-topping Academy under 19s players.

“Possibly at some stage there may be a name or two, but mainly from within,” he said. “We’ve got some terrific young players like Joe Philbin, the King brothers (Toby and George) and Dec Patton.

“We’ve got some good players coming through, so it’s about developing those. With our under 19s doing so well, there’s terrific young talent we’re going to utilise and bring on in the next few years.”
