THREE Warrington Wolves players are having check-ups today on injuries sustained at Bradford Bulls on Sunday.

Michael Monaghan was forced off late on in the quarter-final win with a calf injury, while Richie Myler suffered an injury to his lower leg and Anthony England looked to have a problem with his shoulder.

Boss Tony Smith said: “Monaghan’s having a scan and we’ll know a little more tonight and hopefully get the results tomorrow.

“Richie’s going to have x-rays on his lower leg, he’s certainly a bit sore today and uncomfortable. England did take a bit of a knock, too.

“He’s pulled up ok today, we’ll get him scanned just in case but it may not be as serious as the others.”

Simon Grix came through his first game back after suffering a dislocated shoulder against Hull KR unscathed.

“Grixy came through,” added Smith. “He’s a bit stiff and sore as you’d expect for his first game after a number of weeks off, but in good shape so we’re happy to have Simon back.”
