Four players have been charged with offences committed in First Utility Super League Round 15 fixtures.

Carl Ablett of Leeds Rhinos has been charged with Grade C kicking on Warrington Wolves player Joel Monaghan in the 72nd minute of a match played at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, May 30.

An allegation that Zak Hardaker of Leeds Rhinos made homophobic comments during the same fixture has been referred to the RFL Compliance Department, which has begun a formal investigation.

Hull KR player Michael Weyman has been charged with the Grade B offence of using foul and abusive language towards a match official in the 62nd minute of a fixture played at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Sunday June 1.

Richard Moore of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats has been charged with Grade B striking offence in the 53rd minute of a match against Bradford Bulls at The Provident Stadium on Sunday June 1.

Bradford Bulls player Elliot Kear has been charged with Grade A striking in the 53rd minute of the same fixture. Kear has submitted an Early Guilty Plea.

The RFL Match Review Panel deemed the sending off of London Broncos player Scott Moore to be sufficient following his high tackle on Hull FC player Callum Lancaster in the 32nd minute.

Ablett and Moore have until 11.00am on Tuesday to submitt Early Guilty Pleas. Weyman does not have the option of submitting an EGP and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday evening.

The RFL Match Review Panel also issued cautions to the following players:

Matt Diskin (Bradford Bulls) – dangerous contact in 31st minute v Wakefield Wildcats

Eloi Pelissier (Catalan Dragons) – dangerous throw in the 72nd minute v Widnes Vikings
