Moore 40 Sandbach 3rd 7
JACK Harvey’s powerful running was a key factor for Moore as they racked up their fifth victory in a row.
He ran in a hat-trick of tries as the North West Intermediate League Division Four South leaders saw off Sandbach’s thirds at Moss Lane.
Harvey scored twice before the interval either side of a Max Holland effort to put Moore in control as they led 21-0 at the break.
Joe Pidgeon joined them on the scoresheet before Sandbach hit back with a penalty try, but Harvey and Kyle Robinson completed the scoring for the hosts.
Sam Craven also kicked five conversions for Moore, who visit third-placed Knutsford on Saturday.
