EAGLE can take something positive from their second half in a heavy defeat to Liverpool Collegiate.
After the South Lancashire/Cheshire Two leaders assembled a 38-0 first-half lead, with the help of six tries, basement team Eagle won the second period 19-7.
A change around of the team, particularly strengthening the defensive threequarter line and back row, brought about the turn in fortunes.
Scott Gerrard, Dean Talbot Bennett and Aaron Holiday touched down, Liam and James Tickle, Chris Jordan and Simon Counsel produced outstanding performances.
MOORE were defeated 43-12 at home by second-placed Dukinfield in South Cheshire and Lancashire Two.
They head out to the Isle of Man to face Vagabonds on Saturday.
