WINGER Chris Owen bagged three tries on his debut as Lymm overhauled Vale of Lune without hitting their best form.
Fellow wide man Reece Forrest contributed two tries, Jack Harper produced a big shift at the coal face and hooker Rob Makin took three strikes against the head on his full debut.
Forrest got the all-important first score of the second period, putting Lymm 26-6 clear, with Alex Hickman and Tom Baker also crossing as Lymm played well in patches.
There is room for improvement at the lineout and breakdown areas.
