THREE more Warriors of Warrington swimmers have qualified for July's National Age Group Championships.
Catherine Parker, aged 12, and Rebecca Pye, aged 13, both posted national qualifying times in the 200m backstroke at the Satellites of Macclesfield Open Meet to reach the age group championships for the first time.
Daniel Wass, aged 13, also recorded a national qualifying time in the 200m event to earn his second trip to Sheffield.
Warriors finished second in Macclesfield after winning 31 gold medals as well as 16 silvers and 10 bronzes.
Aisha Thornton led the way as a group of elite Warriors swimmers competed in the North West Youth Swimming Championships at the new City of Liverpool Aquatics Centre in Wavertree.
Thornton brought home a gold medal in the 1,500m freestyle, while Vicki Boswell secured a silver n the 200m backstroke.
Sophie Long, Tim Almond, Ed Shattock, Vladimir Shulyak and Mike Tujeshyn also competed in a range of events.
