Warrington Wizards 66 East Lancashire Lions 6.
IAN Stephenson crossed for a hat-trick of tries as Wizards turned on the style to defeat East Lancashire Lions in the Co-operative Rugby League Conference National at Wilderspool Stadium on Friday.
A dominant display saw Wizards run in a total of 12 tries as they recorded their fourth straight victory of the campaign.
Wizards opened the scoring in the 16th minute courtesy of centre Danny Shaw and before half time they had built up a 24-0 advantage courtesy of a further score from Shaw and two from Stephenson.
Lions' task was not made any easier by having Simon Fleming sin-binned and fellow prop forward Stuart Quayle sent off in the 24th minute.
Wizards' David Yii and Lions' Paddy O'Grady were sin- binned seven minutes into the second half and Beckett soon cashed in with the home team's fifth try.
Scores followed from Alan Reddecliff, Stephenson, Warren Ayres, Paul Wilson, Matt Taylor and Yii.
