ALISON Lewis and Darren Minjoot came out on top in a mixed pairs tournament at Stockton Heath Tennis Club.
Lewis and Minjoot defeated Martyn Bramich and Karen Geary in the final of a competition that embraced the atmosphere of Wimbledon’s finals weekend.
Players joined in with the spirit of dressing predominately in white kit and afterwards enjoying an afternoon tea with strawberries and Pimms.
Two round-robin sections of mixed pairs played five matches, with the winning combinations going through to the final.
