LYMM racer Sean Neary is hoping a test at Oulton Park will find out what the problem with his bike is after his bad luck continued at Brands Hatch.
After crashing out of the first Ducati TriOptions Cup race and being disqualified from the second, Neary at least got some points on the board when he brought his bike home fourth in his second outing over the Easter weekend.
However, that was not before another crash in the first race when the Zoek Racing rider was on track for a podium finish.
“After crashing in the first race I was always just going to bring it home safe this time,” Neary said.
“I didn't feel too confident as still not happy with the set up so didn’t really push it.
“At least I have picked up some points and we intend to go to Oulton for a test to see if we can find out what the problem is.
“I can't get the bike setup how I want it at the moment. I've done enough testing so it's my own fault.”
As well as his latest test, Oulton Park will also be the venue for the next round of the Ducati TriOptions Cup on the weekend of April 29.
